Here’s a selection of photos taken during the structural work on the inner and outer sills

 

Just coming towards the end of it’s journey with Yorkshire Triumphs is this late mk1 Stag that has had most of it’s panels replaced, reshaped or reworked before a full exterior respray.

It’s now a sound, sorted and pretty car again – with 10,000s of happy miles ahead of it.

The project is completed by a light under-bonnet detail to give it that ‘from the factory’ look.

Some body restoration, complemented with a full bare-metal respray in it’s original colour with the addition of the white body stripe

• Rust-free after comprehensive body restoration and new panels
• Re-conditioned engine with re-conditioned carburettors and unleaded cylinder head
• Recovered MX-5 seats and door panels
• 15″ MGF alloy wheels and Freelander stud conversion

The TR7 rebuilt and converted to a 4.8 litre V8 and sprayed in British Airways rally colours.

The floors had to be lowered to allow for the wearing of helmets at track days!
